This Privacy Policy applies to ZAV Agency ("ZAV Agency," "we," "us," or "our") and the website www.zavagency.net (the "Site"). ZAV Agency is a licensed independent insurance agency based in Miami, Florida, and licensed to serve clients in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Ohio, and Oklahoma. We help consumers compare and purchase auto, home, life, and commercial insurance from third-party insurance carriers.
By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information you provide
- Contact and identity details — name, email address, phone number, mailing/ZIP code, and similar details you enter on our quote forms or contact forms.
- Insurance-related details — information needed to prepare a quote, such as vehicle, property, driver, household, coverage history, and similar details you choose to share.
- Communications — the content of messages, emails, and call notes when you contact us or request a quote.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and dates/times of visits.

Information from third parties
- Insurance carriers and comparison partners — quote and eligibility information used to match you with coverage.

7. Calls, texts & TCPA consent
When you submit a quote request or provide your phone number, you authorize ZAV Agency and its representatives to contact you at that number — including by phone call and SMS/text message, and including through automated technology — regarding insurance quotes and related services. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You may ask to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list by contacting us using the details below.
8. Your privacy choices
- Marketing emails — click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contact us to opt out.
- Text messages — reply STOP to opt out.
- Cookies/ads — use the browser controls and opt-out tools listed above.
- Access or deletion — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information as described below.
9. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to know/access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information.
